Les quise dar otra oportunidad y volví a comprar un ramo, lo pedí para una hora en específico y llegó 3 horas después, les llamé y nunca contestaron, tampoco obtuve respuesta por medio de sus redes! Pésimo servicio al cliente
Very nice arrangements but on Mother's Day last year I asked for an arrangement, it arrived super late and it was also another! I wanted to give them another chance and I bought a bouquet again, I asked for it for a specific time and it arrived 3 hours later, I called them and they never answered, nor did I get a response through their networks! Terrible customer service
