★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente si pudiera no darle estrellas lo haría, yo compré ahí mis argollase las vendieron como oro blanco y les creí, al decidir cambiarlas y venderlas me entero que no era oro sino plata con baño de oro, lo mejor es no comprar en ese lugar o investigar en otros, hay muchos dónde si te venden oro y más bonito.
Honestly if I could not give stars I would, I bought my rings there they sold them as white gold and I believed them, when I decided to change them and sell them I found out that it was not gold but silver with a gold bath, it is best not to buy in that place or investigate in others, there are many where if they sell you gold and more beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi novio compró mi anillo de compromiso ahí, la montura no tiene nada que ver con lo que él pidió, lo hicieron lo más delgada que pudieron para ahorrar oro, argumentan que llevan 30 años trabajando con ese joyero y la calidad es pésima, no lleva una armonía, muy mal el diseño y la atención deja poco que desear. Lo usé 5 días y tuve que llevarlo a garantía, el tiempo estimado de entrega es demasiado, estimaron 15 días hábiles.
My boyfriend bought my engagement ring there, the setting has nothing to do with what he asked for, they made it as thin as they could to save gold, they argue that they have been working with that jeweler for 30 years and the quality is terrible, it does not wear a harmony, very bad design and attention leaves little to be desired. I used it for 5 days and had to take it under warranty, the estimated delivery time is too long, they estimated 15 business days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place zeros stars I would. wow they deleted my first review. I’m so angry with this place! it’s the most unprofessional, worst service in Mexico for engagement rings! They told us they would resize my engagement ring for free, then tried to sneak a change on our next visit, then they said it was done, and I went to pick it up and had no idea where my ring was. Then they had me go to centro to pick it up, AND I WAITED FOR HOURS! they did not resize the ring after almost a month, and told me a million excuses. I am from the US and have never had such a horrible experience in Mexico with a store. I had to tie a string around my ring to temporarily fix it after this nightmare.
wow, eliminaron mi primera reseña. ¡Estoy tan enojado con este lugar! ¡Es el peor y menos profesional servicio en México para anillos de compromiso! Nos dijeron que cambiarían el tamaño de mi anillo de compromiso de forma gratuita, luego intentaron hacer un cambio en nuestra próxima visita, luego dijeron que estaba hecho, y fui a recogerlo y no tenía idea de dónde estaba mi anillo. Luego me hicieron ir al centro a recogerlo, ¡Y ESPERÉ HORAS! no cambiaron el tamaño del anillo después de casi un mes y me dijeron un millón de excusas. Soy de los Estados Unidos y nunca había tenido una experiencia tan horrible en México con una tienda.
