Terrible service, from my own experience

I went to have two front shock absorbers installed and they did it wrong, I had to take the car to another workshop to have the bad work done. Cheap is expensive, this workshop has a bad reputation in Saltillo, I do not recommend it at all.

Terrible service. They do not do their job well, they did not make the guarantee valid and they told me that they will call the boss but that he would not even answer me. Money thrown away. That what happened to me did not happen to them.

Service is difference !! I attended to install a shock absorber that I had already bought and I was taken care of very well Some workshops do not like that they take parts ... here they cared more about the service that speaks of quality ... without a doubt I will return !!

Terrible service, the truth is, if you have the opportunity, better take it to another place in my case I regret having taken my car to that place instead of the agency, the shock absorbers a week were Safo one and better I had to fix it myself, the day I went to pick it up as soon as they were putting it in and the truth was that whoever did it did not give confidence, there were screws everywhere and a tool lying around, besides it seems that they used the car because the roof mat was all dirty. Later I realized that they had only put the shock absorbers in and did not put the screws properly, I had better do the job that they did not do well, sometimes wanting to save can be counterproductive. The truth is that because of people like this, one no longer trusts the workshops, oh and the one who attended me was the unprofessional owner to be honest.
