Llamé primero para preguntar si podía cambiarle el cable a unos in-ear Shure y muy amables me explicaron que sí se podía, el costo y cómo llegar. Al llegar tienen mucha seguridad y no hay ningún letrero afuera, así que tienes que tocar el timbre y explicarle al policía a qué vas. Después de entrar al edificio y subir unas escaleras me atendió un chico de servicio y rápidamente fue por el cable de repuesto y se lo pusieron ahí mismo. Excelente servicio!
They are official distributors of the Shure brand. I called first to ask if I could change the cable to some in-ear Shure and they were very kind to explain that I could, the cost and how to get there. When you arrive they are very safe and there is no sign outside, so you have to ring the bell and explain to the policeman what you are going for. After entering the building and climbing some stairs I was attended by a service boy and quickly went to the spare cable and put it on there. Excellent service!
