★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen lo que pueden con los recursos que tienen. Hoy tardé 5 hr en iniciar una denuncia aunque, es de reconocer la paciencia y amabilidad de algunos en esas oficinas.
They do what they can with the resources they have. Today it took 5 hours to initiate a complaint, although it is to be recognized the patience and kindness of some in those offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato se la lic. Directora del lugar es muy buena, es muy considerada aunque le falta dejar de revictimizarnos con su trato. Seguramente hay licenciados más sensibles. Es tardado pues hay más gente. No desista! Quizá no logre mucho pero dejara un antecedente.
The deal was lic. Director of the place is very good, she is very considerate although she still needs to stop revictimizing us with her treatment. There are surely more sensitive graduates. It is slow because there are more people. Don't give up! It may not accomplish much but it will leave a record.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desfortunadamente no pude hacer la denuncia, fuí dos veces la primera vez llegué a las 10:45 a.m. y no alcancé la segunda arrivé al lugar a las 9:05 a.m. fuí la 2a persona en registrarse y tampoco alcancé turno, es horrible la pérdida de tiempo en esos sitios, lo intentaré una 3a vez a ver si lo logro, ya les contaré, gracias
