L	Luis Lugardo Orozco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me llamaron un viernes para informarme que tienen un paquete y podia recogerlo con ellos directamente el sábado antes de las 19:00 a pesar de que les pregunte si era correcto el horario por ser sábado ya que normalmente cierran mas temprano, acudo el día sábado a las 16:00 y como sospeche estaba cerrado, vas al siguiente día hábil disponible y no te preguntan tus datos ni revisan su sistema solo dicen que ya no se puede entregar ahí y lo entregaran a domicilio, al final te preguntan nombre y teléfono y que te llamaran antes para asegurar la entrega, despues dicen ir a tu domicilio y no encontrarte (cuando no es cierto) durante 3 veces durante el mismo día y cancelan la entrega. Bad service, they called me on a Friday to inform me that they have a package and I could pick it up with them directly on Saturday before 7:00 pm, even though I asked them if the schedule was correct because it was Saturday and that they usually close earlier, I go day saturday at 16:00 and as suspicion was closed, go to the next available business day and do not ask your data or review your system just say that you can not deliver there and deliver it to your home, at the end they ask you name and phone and call you before to ensure delivery, then say go to your home and not find (when it is not true) for 3 times during the same day and cancel delivery.
