★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lo peor como empresa, segundo paquete que se pierde, la atención es pésima y las políticas igual, no dejan notificaciones en sus visitas, según no tienen sellos ni hoja membretada por lo que sus hojas de seguimiento carecen de valor legal y no tienen nro de guía según me dicen.
It is the worst as a company, second package that is lost, the attention is bad and the policies are the same, they do not leave notifications on their visits, as they do not have stamps or letterhead so their follow-up sheets have no legal value and have no guide as they tell me.

That according to them they only make one delivery attempt and if they don't they don't do any more and they don't let you pick up the package at the offices they return it ??
