I am disappointed and upset with this workshop. I took my bike to service on the suspension. Previously, Edgar had answered me by phone to tell me about the care mechanics and he told me that from 10 o'clock I could visit them. I arrived at 10:30, a few minutes later a person came to know about my visit, I told him that I was looking for "garage rally" and he said that it was there. After some small comments he told me that until Edgar arrived they would assist me to follow up on what was budgeted. What bothered me is that, despite being still in a pandemic, no one wears mouth covers, the 2 people who came to speak to me, did not bring it. A complete irresponsibility. Edgar arrived (or at least he attended to me at 11:10, when I was already evaluating leaving. He approached the same as the others, without any consideration about the protection they are obliged to carry out, when he told me that he would look for the budget that I had sent, I commented to him in a claim mode, that if there no one used mouth covers. He got upset and told me that he would put it on, and for that reason I decided to leave and let him know, that it was better not for it because I was leaving . Perhaps for someone it is exaggerated but with health you do not play and less a company that boasts of being a professional. They are also within their right to demand its use from clients, if they do not use it among themselves it is fine but to speak to clients it is their OBLIGATION to use it. I went through the whole city (25 km) in traffic and 3 hours lost for nothing. If they do answer, see what they come up with. There are people who like to invent excuses for not fulfilling their obligations. I hope they are not theirs. If the reader does not mind putting their health at risk, I am sure it is a good workshop, at least it is the impression it gave me.
