N	Nancy Navarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, nos vendieron un paquete a base de mentiras, por el cual pagamos un poco más de $20,000 pesos por un yachte que nos llevaría a islas mujeres, supuestamente privado para nuestra familia, lo cual fue mentira por que al último terminaron subiendo al yachte muchas más personas junto con nosotros y las actividades que nos dijeron que tendríamos no fueron nada comparadas con lo que nos explicaron, muy decepcionada de esta experiencia con ellos. I do not recommend it, they sold us a package based on lies, for which we paid a little more than $ 20,000 pesos for a yachte that would take us to Isla Mujeres, supposedly private for our family, which was a lie because they ended up getting on the yachte many more people along with us and the activities that they told us we would have were nothing compared to what they explained to us, very disappointed in this experience with them.

La chica que atiende en recepción se llama Clarissa y es guapisima (jejeje ?). Gracias Clarissa por tu apoyo y la información recibida. It is a simple but effective place. Leader in the Mayan Riviera in leisure travel tours and all those things aimed at the happiness of vacationers. The girl who attends the reception is called Clarissa and she is beautiful (hehehe ?). J	Jenny Reffitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh for starters I contacted my travel agent at 6:25am thru Funjet trying to change my transportation due to our frontier flight being delayed 4 hours. I called the 800 number and received a recording that you don’t open until 9am, spoke to the hotel staff and then Discussed everything with Alberto and he told us to wait to talk to Oscar when he arrived at 8am. Well Oscar didn’t arrive and it was a lady which she was polite but when she called they kept telling her we no showed. This is ridiculous!!! We didn’t no show! I’m so over with the lack of assistance you are providing. I paid for a service yet you are under performing! Well the verdict is back and amstar has no availability for us. I want a refund on my transportation for the entire trip. I shouldn’t be stressed and spend hours of my vacation dealing with this nonsense. It’s been over 3.30 hours dealing with this bs!!!
