★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transport vehicle from Riu Palace Pacific, Puerto Vallarta was in very bad shape. 2seats we're non functional. Vehicle was old and seats were worn out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing they do is call a taxi for you. I could have called a taxi a lot fast then waiting 20 minutes in the hot sun for them to do it for me. Same with the transfer back to the airport the bellboy at your hotel can call a taxi a lot faster then having to wait for the Amstar individuals to get you a taxi. For 90$ you would expect the service, shuttle and wait time would be better than if I just did it myself. Do not waist your money just get a taxi yourself.

I had booked my excursion with my agent FRANCISCO. When I had arrived to my excursion “luxury snorkeling” they told me their was no excursion going out that day. FRANCISCO IS PART AMSTAR AND TRIED TO SCAM US. He never notified us that this event was never taking place. I had to call him 10x until he answer and he made an explanation and then turned off his phone. We personally went to Amstar and got our money back. We WASTED all day trying find this place and get our money back. DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

We had booked to go on the luxery yacht with snorkling for our anniversary however we could no go due to them not reserving our spots. We woke up at 6am arrived at the venue which was 40mins away not 20mins as advertised. We arrived before the crack of dawn to find there was no space left for us to go on the tour as they had not booked us in although we had booked via our hotel and paid already a week prior.
They were not appolgetic that this was an anniversary treat and only offered us to rebook for another day. The taxis were $22 each way which they reimbursed but no other compensation for a ruined anniversary. Truely poor, avoid using.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used you for transport to and from airport to hotel. No issue once we found you (getting past timeshare vultures). Booked three excursions with you, swim with the dolphins, Marietas Islands, and City Tour. Enjoy all 3 for the price of only two. Rosie was awesome on the City Tour, just a little more time for shopping would had been nice! Taking us to her home village to get true Mexican food was awesome. The crew on the Marietas tour made it a enjoyable day out! Because we did the Swim with the Dolphins, our son and granddaughter got a special deal to do the sea lions also. They really enjoyed that. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, great staff, and very helpful. Don’t like the arrival process of waiting for everyone to ride a bus, we’ve been lucky enough to get our own cab before through Amstar. First world problems I fully acknowledge, but it would be nice to have the transfer occur quicker. Other than that, loved the experience and the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy to have booked AMSTAR for our airport transportation, and also for a day tour to San Sebastián. The drivers are very professional and easy to spot. DON’T get caught up with the timeshare people inside of the airport! Keep on walking. AMSTAR drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. For our San Sebastián trek our guides were amazing. Ricardo was our driver, and Rosie was our interpretive specialist. It was an amazing day overall. Highly recommend taking this trip. Rosie was a ball of energy and sunshine the whole time.
