★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio de los vendedores durante posventa. Una vez tienen su venta seguro el resto no les importa. Nos quedaron debiendo una llave, lento el proceso de la entrega de documentos. Los teléfonos en oficina nunca los contestan.
Lamentablemente el propietario del establecimiento no asiste y no se da cuenta que tiene gente incompetente atendiendo su negocio el cual se esta cayendo poco a poco hacia el fondo gracias a la falta de preparación de sus empleados. Cualquiera puede vender pero vender bien es otro tema y mucho mas diferente es el llevar un puesto de gerente.
Un dia despues de dejar mi opinion sobre ellos me llamo el vendedor Francisco para agredirme verbalmente, típico de Mexico. Yo creo que el espera solamente buenos comentarios pero para ello se debe trabajar con profesionalismo.
Terrible service from sellers during after sales. Once they have their insurance sale, the rest do not matter. We were left owing a key, slow the process of delivering documents. The office phones are never answered.
Unfortunately, the owner of the establishment does not attend and does not realize that he has incompetent people attending his business which is slowly falling to the bottom thanks to the lack of preparation of his employees. Anyone can sell but selling well is another matter and much more different is holding a manager's position.
One day after leaving my opinion about them, the seller Francisco called me to verbally attack me, typical of Mexico. I believe that he only expects good comments but for this he must work with professionalism.
