★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La puerta se instalo en Enero del presente año y hasta ahora todo muy bien, la puerta no presenta fallo, eso si me trajeron una puerta de mayor tamaño con la promesa de que quedaría bien, el mismo instalador me comento que no me recomendaba instalarla por que romperían parte de un castillo, la vendedora fue insistente en que si pero de igual forma la devolví y pedí que la ajustarán, por 500 más lo hacen y resulta mucho mejor a romper muros, la puerta en la segunda vuelta se instalo sin mayor problema, me aclararon desde el inicio que no se llevarían el sobrante y que tampoco incluía pintura, así que yo mismo la detalle y quedo muy bien, les falta una mejor atención al cliente pero si están atentos a los detalles de venta y a lo que te están ofreciendo, todo muy bien, estoy contento con la puerta y con mi compra.

Gracias por atender este mensaje al momento, después de la molestia que se le generó cuando la queja se presento, le notifique desde 4 de mayo y fueron puros peros hasta el 21 de mayo se dignado a mandar a su técnico teniendo una cita desde el viernes 20, me confirman la cita y hasta me ponen como orden que se avisan un día antes para que este uno al pendiente, nunca llego el técnico, y el sábado se molestan por que no estoy al pendiente de mi teléfono por que el técnico no pudo llegar el viernes y no pudo llamar y como no se contesto a tiempo pues ahora esperar, es la atención y el servicio que dio el técnico por lo menos ética, solo no no no no y es su culpa no tiene arreglo no tiene nada malo esta bien no no somos así trabajamos, perdón si hay una ética se describe y se explica pero ustedes siempre tendrán la razón pero esta bien gracias por explicación y yo seré mi propio técnico gracias por su pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia que tuve con la empresa es desagradable debido a que solicite una puerta blanca y la trajeron gris, por motivos de salud no estaba presente y la recibieron en ese tono. La instalación quedo a medias ya que el instalador rompió el marco y despues lo pego como pudo. La boquilla de la puerta chueca y mal hecha dejo todo sucio y además solicito propina. También se llevaron un marco de acero que yo tenía instalado y no me lo pidieron, me di cuenta hasta el final. Al final traje a un buen albañil a que detallara el marco y lo que dejaron mal.

Durante el proceso se llevaron prueba de color de mi puerta y mi puerta original me la destrozaron. No lo recomiendo y mi familia y yo esta o muy molestos. Ahora esperemos que la empresa se haga responsable o me entreguen la puerta que inicialmente quedamos o me regresen mi dinero y el daño ocasionado a mi puerta actual. PÉSIMO TRABAJO
