The road to get there is not paved and in the rain it is a lot of mud. The rooms are neglected and no maintenance. The water is not hot 24 hours a day and in cold season it is a true martyrdom. The Internet does not reach all areas of the building. I've been there for five months, the place is super comfortable and quiet. The street is in perfect condition to get there, two blocks from the University of La Salle and close to all the supplies that I occupy. In the center it has a natural body of water (which is not recreational but makes it extremely peaceful), it has a terrace that at night lets you see the illuminated city. Its regulation leaves me satisfied since I do not look for places for parties, or meetings out of control, they have order even in the way of using natural resources, I feel my car is safe, (locked up) and although I do not have a pet, I see that the administration it is "pet friendly".
