★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un año con mi sala y ya se fracturó la madera. Pedí hace medio año garantía por falla en las costuras, estuve insistiendo al rededor de un mes y nunca me dieron fecha. Mala atención, malos acabados y mal seguimiento post-venta. Nada recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, el vendedor me envolvió diciéndome que no había problema, que en lugar de pagar anticipo de mil pesos pagará de contado para que me hicieran precio y si me salía algún inconveniente no pasaba nada y me regresaban el dinero. A la mera hora no ocupe el comedor que había comprado, quise cancelar y el vendedor se estuvo escondiendo, total la dueña me atendió y me dijo que era imposible cancelar, siendo que en la parte de atrás del contrato de compra venta viene estipulada una clausula que si se puede cancelar con una multa del 25%. La dueña quiso ponerse viva diciéndome que aparte de la multa tenía que pagar más dinero, ya en mi desesperación y enojo le dije que estaba bien pero que ya cancelaran todo, para esto me dijo que la contactara cierto día, y nuevamente la sorpresa la dueña se escondió también ya llevo más de mes y medio buscándolos y estos no dan la cara.
Hay unos trabajadores muy atentos, que no entienden el motivo del porque si se va a pagar la multa se ponen en ese plan, en fin a final de cuenta como empresa esta pésima la atención y como personas ni se diga. Si la dueña no te da respuesta, no se recomienda para nada que pisen ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan los productos completos como estipulados desde un inicio, falta de atención post-venta, mienten en las fecha de entrega, uno tiene que perseguirlos para que les pongan atención y aparte después de varios meses de intentar hablar con ellos le dicen a uno que tiene que pagar "extra" por algo que ya se había aclarado desde un inicio que si venia incluido en la compra.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las sillas y muebles que te muestran NO son lo que te entregan. El relleno de ellos es de muy baja calidad. La fecha de entrega no la respetan (nos entregaron los muebles con un mes de retraso y no nos contestaban las llamadas). Tristemente la dueña es muy grosera y sus errores se los achaca a sus empleados. MUY MAL SERVICIO, MUEBLES MUY CAROS PARA LO QUE TE ENTREGAN.
The chairs and furniture they show you are NOT what they give you. The filling of them is of very low quality. The delivery date is not respected (the furniture was delivered a month late and calls were not answered). Sadly, the owner is very rude and she blames her mistakes on her employees. VERY BAD SERVICE, VERY EXPENSIVE FURNITURE FOR WHAT THEY DELIVER YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tuve buena experiencia, compre un comedor completo y al entregar habían vendido mis sillas, sin embargo me dejaron unas que no eran por segunda vez las cambiaron y aun espero las originales... segun llegarían en Agosto . Ya llevo varios meses. Y nada .

I've been there for several months now. And nothing .
