Me cito a las 5 p.m. para un maquillaje pidiendo que llegara 5 min antes (lo cual hice) y detrás de mi llego una chica también a maquillaje pasándola a ella primero y me tuve que esperar más de una hora, cuando pregunte que si se iba a tardar más, me dijo que había un error y que nos había citado las 2 a las 5 p.m. pero que la pasó a ella primero porque había apartado primero y en vez de darme una solución me dijo que si quería me regresaba mi dinero, una hora antes de mi evento, lo cual evidentemente accedí porque he trabajado 4 años con clientes y para nada considero que esa se la actitud ni soluciones para tus clientes.
