A very professional service and attention

Customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to call three times to attend to my incident and they never arrived anyway. I was not treated at the hospital because the adjuster did not arrive to verify if the insurance had an agreement with the hospital. And then there is the insurance payment, the one who attends the payments (Luis Murillo) is a person's trash, it seems that he is doing you a favor instead of being a helpful employee since he is being paid for the service, he did not want pay the insurance because he asked us for a document that they never asked for when we made the contract. In the end if they paid us, after more than a month, but they paid us. And if someone from the insurance reads this, hire more helpful and friendly people, the people who go there do not go for pleasure but because they just had an accident and that when they arrive Luis Murillo attends and behaves like garbage is not good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CONTRACT OF THIS INSURANCE ABSOLUTELY.

I bought insurance to travel in Mexico, they told me that the deductible is 500 USD and when reporting a small accident it turned out that the deductible is 1,500 USD. It is an abuse of your insurance agents and ANA Seguros. I paid for the policy more than 200 USD and when you need the coverage, they simply apologize and do not respond to their responsibility. MY RATING FOR THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS TOTALLY NEGATIVE.
