★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos atendiendo, te dan un horario de atención vas al lugar y no te quieren atender por que están en hora de comida,(yo entiendo que tienen que comer pero por eso pregunte los horarios de atención antes de ir), llevo solicitando una semana que me digan los documentos necesarios para un trámite y no es posible, de verdad pésimos atendiendo
Terrible attending, they give you an opening hours you go to the place and they do not want to attend you because they are at lunchtime, (I understand that they have to eat but that is why I asked the opening hours before going), I have been requesting a week that tell me the necessary documents for a procedure and it is not possible, really terrible attending

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alerta a todos aquellos que tengan seguro con ellos, mejor busquen otra opción, desde el siniestro el ajustador tuvo fallas, nunca protegiendo al asegurado, un día después del siniestro se recibe una demanda del otro vehículo qué nos impacto, cuando el tuvo la culpa total del siniestro (impacto al centro de nuestro vehículo por exceso de velocidad en un crucero con un límite maximo de 30 km/hr), pésima atención telefónica para poderte dar información del estado de ti vehículo, el ajustador acosando a la asegurada queriendo invitarla a comer para ver el estatus del vehículo, duraron 4 meses en reparar el vehículo, para cobrar fueron rapidísimos y para poder hacer válidas garantías por malas reparaciones poniendo pretextos estúpidos para no hacerse cargo, siempre estuvieron buscando con el taller donde se reparó solo para reparar por encimita atención con ellos son unas fichitas.??????????
