★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son nada atentas, pedí un diseño de color, lleve el cabello casi virgen, y me lo dejaron súper maltratado, además no me gusto que me pusieron un tinte de otra marca que no es goldwell.
They are not attentive at all, I asked for a color design, I had almost virgin hair, and they left it super abused, also I did not like that they put a dye from another brand that is not goldwell.

PERO a las chicas de ahí les falta por mucho mejorar su SERVICIO y dar una buena atención. La atención es algo fría y seria, mi cita era 10 a.m. y todavía ni habían llegado a abrir el local, nunca me ofrecieron agua en las 6 horas que estuve ahí, me jalonearon el cabello, me quemaron una oreja, y a la mera hora me cobraron $ 300 pesos más ? Aparte no son las mismas chicas que en su foto de perfil en redes. Todo esto lo digo por su bien, porque con tanta competencia deberían de ponerse más listas con la calidad del servicio a sus clientas.
They did a good job with my hair lights, a great job of 5-6 hours, I did look nice and I liked it. BUT the girls there still need to improve their SERVICE and give good attention. Attention is somewhat cold and serious, my appointment was 10 a.m. and they hadn't even opened the place yet, they never offered me water in the 6 hours I was there, they pulled my hair, burned my ear, and at the mere hour they charged me $ 300 pesos more ? Besides, they are not the same girls as in your profile picture in networks. All this I say for your good, because with so much competition they should get more ready with the quality of service to their clients.
