Anah 304 - 3 Bedroom Penthouse with Rooftop Pool - 77760 Akumal

Stayed 12/19/20 - 12/22/20. Anah #304a is a modern, spacious condo located about an hour's drive from the Cancun Airport, in the small town of Akumal. Posted pictures are accurate. Comfortable king size beds below, 2 twin size beds upstairs. The gated community is safe, secure and very quiet and only 30 minutes to the eco-parks Xplor and Xhal. My recommendations? Best to rent a car or factor in Uber or taxi costs. Next, buy your groceries (and shampoo!) at the local supermarket, Chedraui, that is located about 15 mins away. There is a grill and hot spa on the balcony, though the hot water heater wasn't working during our particular stay. You'll have beach access at the hotel of the same name, Bahia Principe, about 5 min drive out. A very nice plus! The elevator wasn't working during our stay, so please ask the owner if its been repaired, should you have older family members. We rented via Airbnb and host, Jose, was very attentive. Overall: I recommend Anah 304a! ??
