Para hacer una cita es difícil, piden anticipo para poder hacerte un espacio. Además no tienen un seguimiento como otras clínicas donde te envían tu confirmación de cita.
Fui al servicio de lifting de pestañas y hollywood peel, aquí empieza lo feo. Me hicieron el tratamiento de lifting primero y no sirvió su pegamento según me informaron, así que me ofrecieron volver hacer el tratamiento una semana después. Sin embargo, uno se va con un mal sabor de boca con el hecho de no tener los resultados del servicio al que vas.
Después me pasaron al Hollywood Peel y paso lo mismo, no funciono para nada. No tiene espejo para ver los resultados finales después del tratamientos de la piel, no te dan alguna toalla húmeda para limpiar por completo el rostro, no te preguntan nada sobre tu piel antes de hacer el tratamiento (aquí me dio miedo, porque te hacen el tratamiento sin conocimiento previo de los problemas u otros tratamientos que traigas en la piel); tuve que preguntar todas mis dudas sobre las indicaciones posteriores a los tratamientos o los cuidados a tener. Exprese mi descontento por no ver resultados y solo me ofrecieron hacerme nuevamente el procedimiento (sin costo) unos días después.
La verdad, no creo que sean profesionales para dar tratamientos de la piel o las pestañas. Son buenos en cejas, pero sus demás servicios de rostro NO LO RECOMIENDO. Su trato al clientes es MUY MALO.
PD. Debo agregar que pague el servicio de Hollywood Peel (el del lifting tuvieron la consideración de no cobrármelo), el cual me costo 2,500 y solo me dejo el sentimiento de tirar mi dinero a la basura. Deje un comentario en sus redes sociales sobre mi queja y lo borraron. Aguas con eso.

Then they moved me to Hollywood Peel and the same thing happened, it didn't work at all. It does not have a mirror to see the final results after skin treatments, they do not give you a wet towel to completely clean your face, they do not ask you anything about your skin before doing the treatment (here I was scared, because they do the treatment without prior knowledge of the problems or other treatments that you bring on the skin); I had to ask all my doubts about the indications after the treatments or the care to be taken. I expressed my displeasure at not seeing results and they only offered me to do the procedure again (free of charge) a few days later.
The truth is, I do not think they are professionals to give skin or eyelash treatments. They are good at eyebrows, but their other face services I DO NOT RECOMMEND. His treatment of clients is VERY BAD.
P.S. I must add that I paid for the Hollywood Peel service (the facelift they had the consideration of not charging me), which cost me 2,500 and only left me with the feeling of throwing my money away. I left a comment on their social media about my complaint and they deleted it. Waters with that.
