 AWFUL.... AS FOR THE ATTENTION..... I ARRIVED AT 3 IN THE AFTERNOON AND ENDED UP BY LEAVE... ALMOST 2 HOURS WAITING.... I ONLY SAW PEOPLE PASSING AND PASSING WITHOUT NAME ME... En teoría te atienden como vas llegando y han pasado todos los de antes de mi y varias personas que llegaron después...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpre vengan listos para tirar una hora de su vida esperando servicio, aún con cita. Vale más la pena checar en otros lugares menos saturados y mejor organizados. El servicio decente pero si da flojera que siempre sea lo mismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue con mis uñas con hongo, y me dieron un tratamiento el cual me ha ayudado mucho ya que estas se ven mejor que la primera vez que fui, la atención y el trato en lo personal ha sido muy buena.
Lo recomiendo, pero agenden cita porque si tardan.
I arrived with my nails with fungus, and they gave me a treatment which has helped me a lot since these look better than the first time I went, the personal attention and treatment has been very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio era bueno (pasado). Para el nivel de clínica y precios hace falta una mejor organización entre citas y turnos. Tal vez ya tampoco tienen personal suficiente. Hoy espere por más de 1 hr 30 y terminé por irme.
The service was good (past). For the level of clinic and prices, a better organization between appointments and shifts is needed. Maybe they don't have enough staff anymore. Today I waited for more than 1 hr 30 and I ended up leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio.....yo iba regularmente cada mes pero ya en repetidas ocasiones hago cita y no se respeta!! Al parecer lo único que les importa es abarcar una gran cantidad de gente y se deja de lado el buen trato y calidad. La gente pasa y pasa y nada que respeta las citas, me ha tocado esperar casi 2 horas aún con cita. Las recepcionistas no son resolutivas....lo único que responden es 'quiere que le reagende'.....como reagendar cuando ya perdí 2 horas ???? PESIMO SERVICIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasé dos horas esperando en su sala y nunca me llamaron. Hay suma indiferencia ante la constante inconformidad de los clientes que, al igual que yo, esperaba su servicio y reclamaron a los encargados. No hay orden. Lugar ideal para postrarse en una silla más de dos horas.

* Pedí cita para una hora en específico y me atendieron 40 minutos después, es una falta de respeto al tiempo de las personas que si manejamos una agenda.
*Tampoco te informan que se van a tardar tanto en atenderte, no entiendo entonces porque manejan una agenda sino se va a respetar el tiempo de las personas. El tiempo de todos es importante.
*La lista de precios está desactualizada, yo fui por un servicio que su lista dice 200 o 280 y me cobraron 300, además tampoco te informan de los precios cuando te están atendiendo, sino hasta que preguntas. Sobre este tema de los precios, bien solo de podría pagar lo que dice el cartel. Se debe tener cuidado con la información que se maneja.
