Cambiaron de personal, y la verdad la atención a mi mascota y a personas cambio. Antes me encantaba y estas 2 veces que he ido a vacunas, desparacitacion y corte, cambio para mal. Pareciera que solo hay 1 veterinaria inexperta, que no sabe como vacunar, como dar una pastilla y su trato a mi perro es insignificante. Does anyone know where the vets and groomers went months ago? They changed staff, and the truth is that the attention to my pet and people changed. Before I loved it and these 2 times that I have gone to vaccinations, deworming and cutting, it changed for the worse. It seems that there is only 1 inexperienced veterinarian, who does not know how to vaccinate, how to give a pill and her treatment of my dog is insignificant.
S	Salvador Gtz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Futuras personas que vayan a la veterinaria, tengan mucho cuidado, si lo que buscan es solo bañar a su mascota ese es su lugar, sin embargo, lleve a mi perrita a consulta, le detectaron inicios de piometra, le hicieron cirugia (no del todo bien) los puntos, no se los pusieron bien... y por revisión diaria que le hacían a mi mascota fue de $400 aprox, todo el chistesito salieron casi $9,000 pesos... la lleve a otra veterinaria, le hicieron otra cirugia por que la pasada estaba muy mal. El gasto completo fueron $3,000, se los dejo de tarea y ustedes piensen a donde quieran llevar a su mascota. El personal que tienen no están preparados... R	Rosario Cadena Vázquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 6 de enero a las4:46am llevamos de urgencia a mi cachorro de mes y dias... Tenía hipotermia, la temperatura era de 2° y comenzaba a llover. Antes mandé WhatsApp me dijeron que sí tenían servicio. Al llegar estaba todo como si tuvieran abierto, sólo la puerta principal estaba cerrada. Intenté varias veces llamarles hasta la 5ta vez me contestó una persona (con voz como si estuviera dormido) diciéndome que todos los doctores estaban en cirugía y que nadie me podía atender, nos dejaron afuera sin hacer más. Lloré de la desesperación, tuvimos que quedarnos a esperar el uber 15 min con frío, mojándonos y con el bebé tratando darle calor. Fue una experiencia horrible, así que NO recomiendo éste "hospital con servicio de urgencia", no vuelvo más! Tengan cuidado con éstos lugares poco profesionales. It was a horrible experience, so I DO NOT recommend this "hospital with emergency service", I will not go back! Beware of these unprofessional places.
