★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás me contestaron, tuve que pedir informes a la línea general, me quedé esperando me llamarán y se comunicaron conmigo para agedarme la cita hasta el día siguiente, me hice la prueba, pedi me enviaran el resultado por correo y me informaron que a las 3 quedaban, se dieron las 6 y nada. Llamé al 800 y la chica me paró en seco y me dijo que no entendía en que me podía ayudar. Decidí dar el beneficio de la duda e ir, cuando desde un inicio supe que el servicio era malo, claramente terminé decepcionado.
They never answered me, I had to ask for reports from the general line, I kept waiting they would call me and they contacted me to schedule the appointment until the next day, I took the test, asked they would send me the result by mail and they informed me that at 3 they remained, 6 o'clock and nothing. I called 800 and the girl stopped me in my tracks and told me that she didn't understand how she could help me. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and go, when I knew from the beginning that the service was bad, I clearly ended up disappointed.
