★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraviaron la muestra de exudado de mi hija, se tuvo repetir de nuevo, lo cual le ocasionó molestia en la garganta dos veces y no sólo una como debía ser, sin decir q atrasaron el tratamiento más de dos semanas....
El personal q atiende es muy atento y amable. Sólo falta q tengan cuidado con estos grandes detalles.

Los días lunes hay promoción y si no le haces mención de esto ella no hace ninguna referencia y te cobra normal, hasta que le dices d las promociones se disculpa y hace la corrección en el costo, sin embargo si lo tienes conocimiento de qué hay descuento, te cobran normal. ?
