★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de avisar en la página de Internet qué solo se recogen nuestras de 7 a 11am. Evitarían hacerle perder tiempo de traslados y vueltas a los pacientes que viven vidas ocupadas.
They should warn on the website that only our pickups are from 7 to 11am. They would avoid wasting commuting time for patients living busy lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atentos, serviciales, hacen servicio a domicilio. Mis padres con andadera y silla de ruedas muy bien atendidos. Envian a tiempo por correo los resultados. Muy recomendable. No hay aglomeracion de personas ahi y el tiempo de espera es corto
Attentive, helpful, they do home delivery. My parents with walker and wheelchair very well cared for. They mail the results on time. Highly recommended. There is no crowding there and the waiting time is short

Pésimo servicio, el pasado viernes fui a hacerme un análisis, ellos me dijeron que mis resultados estarían hasta al otro día o sea ayer sábado y que no era necesario que fuera por ellos, que me los enviarían por e-mail, mi cita con mi médico era 6 de la tarde el sábado, jamás recibi mis resultados, no me sirvieron de nada. Solo tenían un trabajo que hacer y era envíarlos por correo. El Chopo, Salud Digna y todos los demás laboratorios los mandan por mail o whats app .. estos inútiles aún viven en la era arcaica dónde uno tenía que ir a recogerlos impresos. Que empresa tan mediocre, en mi vida regreso con estos incompetentes, evitense corajes y molestias, habiendo tantos laboratorios mejor busquen por otro lado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les aconsejó tomen precauciones y no vengan en el horario que indica la línea simi, ya que en esta sucursal empiezan a tomar pruebas a las 8am y te lo notifican con una hoja escrita a mano y si preguntas te dicen que así es aquí y si gustas te vayas a otra sucursal a que te atiendan más temprano.
He advised them to take precautions and not come at the time indicated by the simi line, since in this branch they start taking tests at 8am and they notify you with a handwritten sheet and if you ask they tell you that it is here and if you like you go to another branch to be served earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario establecido para análisis es de 7:00 am a 16:00, pero ellos salen y ponen una hoja donde dice que empezarán a atender hasta las 8 de la mañana, que ese es el horario que ponen ellos y que le hagamos como queramos
Y llamas a servicios al cliente y te reafirman que empieza a las 7
