Te atienden los sábados, hay servicio dental, laboratorios, rayos x, consulta médica general y farmacia muy completo, y se encuentra exactamente a un lado del metro Mexicaltzingo ? Cuando fui a recogerlos no estaban y ya que te fuiste a dar tu vuelta en balde me dijeron que algunos estudios se están tardando y que le dejara mi email para que ya no me de vueltas en balde. Y por que no te avisan desde un principio. Desde que me hice los estudios llevo 50 hrs. y esperando.? Well bad service. Hable a la linea general para saber donde hacían las pruebas a domicilio, me indicaron que en esta sucursal podrían apoyarme, llame para pedir el servicio y quien me contesto me dijo: Para pruebas covid, les estamos sugiriendo acudir a la sucursal , le indique que no podía ir, por eso pedía el servicio a domicilio, negándomelo nuevamente, pero ya grosera; le pregunte porque no podían, si ya me habían dicho que ahí si se tenían ese servicio, solo me dijo, no no lo tenemos! Tiene que venir, O sea, entonces para que ponen en la pagina que brindan ese servicio, si pondrán miles de pretextos para no acudir! Terrible service!
