En cada contexto posible te hablan de manera déspota y grosera, es como si quisieran pelear con el cliente.
Ni una pregunta puedes hacerles si están “ocupados” te mienten sobre los procedimientos y son tan incompetentes que no pueden ni sacar cotizaciones.
Desconozco si está pésima actitud sea parte de su nueva cultura empresarial, pero dan asco como empleados y personas.
Solían tener un buen servicio.
Excelente de hecho.
Ahora parece que quieren competir con el IMSS en cuestión de personal.

Ofrecen a costos muy accesibles los estudios. Nosotros asistimos para el de IGG (anticuerpos del Covid) y es bastante accesible el costo $375
Por el tema de la emergencia sanitaria actual, ellos están tomando sus medidas necesarias como dejar pasar a sólo el paciente, el uso obligatorio de cubrebocas y la aplicación de gel antibacterial.
Laboratorios bastante recomendables.

Ya fui ha hacerlos a puro lugar más caro y con respuesta inmediata. Lo menos es que me regresen mi dinero o que me hagan las radiografías de tórax a un precio accesible. Si no es así mejor no vayan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tardado. Parte del personal no tiene la experiencia para hacer los estudios y tienen que pedir apoyo. La segunda persona que me realizó el estudio lo hizo muy bien y el radiólogo muy profesional. Los datos que piden al inicio no los comunican al resto del personal involucrado no se ponen de acuerdo en la logistica para hacer los estudios.
Me da temor que confundan mis resultados o no los hagan adecuadamente.

The second person who performed the study on me did a very good job and the radiologist was very professional. The data that they request at the beginning is not communicated to the rest of the personnel involved and they do not agree on the logistics to carry out the studies.
