Anana coliving - 77720 Playa del Carmen

My favorite coliving! I love this place, good location, everything is close, excellent WiFi. I loved the attention and the coexistence inside anana, I can't wait to come back !

Anana is soul, culture and community before being a place. Its owner and host, Luis, is one of the kindest and passionated professionals I've ever met, despite his very young age. You always feel welcome in this place, also because he will do everything in his power to give you a pleasant stay. Thanks to these vibes, the places attracts cool and interesting people looking for similar human beings to share life experiences you'll never forget. Don't let others speak you about Anana, try it yourself and you'll never regret!

Anana coliving is amazing. I was 6 weeks there and had the best time of my life. The community is awesome. Everyone is helpful and care about each other. 2 times a week there a community events like breakfast together or pizza/taco evening. Louis the owner is always interested that everybody has a good time and is very helpful if you need something for your stay or information about where to go.

I stayed here for a month and a half during March/April and it was a perfect setup! If I ever come back to Playa del Carmen, I'm staying here 100%. Definitely beats sharing a dorm in a hostel. You get your own private room (or studio apartment if you choose that option) and it really starts feeling like your own place. Would definitely recommend.

My first time moving countries and experiencing a new city all on my own and if it wouldn't have been for Luis my landlord letting me rent a room very last minute who knows if my experience in MX would've been the same. Anana Co living is a community of open minded people from all over the world, every guest who checks in is automatically welcomed into a family Luis has created. I'm very introverted and live in my own bubble, and that is extremely respected at Anana; But if you ever want to join the fun, there is always someone in the common area downstairs enjoying a cold beer or making dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! Luis is the best landlord anyone could have, no issue is too small for him, he's one call/text away to help you with anything you need. His energy is contagious and he cares so much for his guests making sure they are always taken care of. <3 (Btw, high speed wifi for those who work online, grocery stores right across the street, and less than 10 min walk to the beach!)

Anana is the simply best co-living to live at. The internet is super fast, the rooms are nice and Luis, the Manager is the most amazing person who takes great care of the place and the community. He makes sure everything is clean, in order and that we have fun too with the events he comes up with He gives 100% of himself to this place! It has an amazing community and they are growing day by day and trying to expand.

Anana Coliving is truly an amazing place to stay, the community and Luis (owner) make you feel just like home. Luis is an incredible person with a great passion for hospitality, he's always around to make sure everything is okay and to make you feel comfortable. The people and the vibes are great, it doesn't matter if you're an introvert or extrovert you will find your place as well as people to get along with. It's really easy to make friends and to find something to do. The location is ideal, there's a laundry place around the corner, plenty of grocery stores, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away! If you're looking for a place to feel just like home, this is it.

The vibe here is amazing! All people in Anana are friendly and really nice! The space is organized very well and the comune kitchen is equipped with everything you need! My room it's on the third floor and it's super quiet, the room has good size and all you need. Thank Luis for had created this amazing space :)
