★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most unfortunate experience of being placed under the management of Carla Montserrat Molina Urrutia a legal representative who knows nothing about how to deal with foreigners looking for real estate of some sort. She is unorganized, incompetent (as in scheduled a meeting and never showed), rude and disrespectful. She texted me, a non-native spanish speaker, using slang (po fa) and abreviations such as "ing" making clear concise communication impossible. It was not made clear to me what in the house was my responsibilty and what was covered by the developers. I would not recommend anyone using this developer.
