★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas hermosas residencial hermoso y me encanta pero a 7 meses no me han entregado tardan mucho y estan muy mal.la.administracion y algunos vendedores groseros y burlones como doña Bibiana pero.mis respetos a mi vendedor Brandon el.de.titulacion y la de post ventas.
 Beautiful houses, beautiful residential and I love it, but after 7 months they have not delivered to me, they take a long time and are very bad. The administration and some rude and mocking sellers like Doña Bibiana, but my respects to my seller Brandon the. post sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El desarrollo está demasiado lejos de CD mx, si ustedes trabajan en cdmx olvídense 2 horas de trayecto, las casas tienen bonito diseño pero material chafa lo se porque las vi desde que las empezaron, tizayuca es una zona barata por lo tanto que no los impresionen con el precio
The development is too far from CD mx, if you work in cdmx forget about a 2-hour drive, the houses have a nice design but crappy material I know because I saw them since they started, tizayuca is a cheap area so don't be impressed with the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El diseño de las casas es lindo, sin embargo los materiales de construcción no son de alta calidad. La seguridad para entrar en auto es buena, pero puede pasar cualquier persona a pie sin problema (ojo). Las casas tienen problemas con el drenaje (mal olor). Al principio te la venden diciendo que no es obligatorio pagar el mantenimiento (sólo si quieres acceso a la alberca) y a última hora es obligatorio. Parte del personal que está trabajando en los acabados de la casa son muy ruidosos y sucios, deberían darles un reglamento a ellos. Te venden la casa diciendo que tendrás agua por 30 años y te prohíben hacer cisterna, pero en otro fraccionamiento por parte ellos, les duró el agua sólo por 6 años (ojo con lo que compran), no respetan los contratos.
The design of the houses is nice, however the construction materials are not of high quality. The security to enter by car is good, but anyone can pass on foot without problem (eye). The houses have problems with drainage (bad smell). At the beginning they sell it to you saying that it is not mandatory to pay maintenance (only if you want access to the pool) and at the last minute it is mandatory. Some of the staff who are working on the finishes of the house are very noisy and dirty, they should give them a regulation. They sell you the house saying that you will have water for 30 years and they forbid you to make a cistern, but in another division by them, the water lasted only for 6 years (be careful with what they buy), they do not respect the contracts.

Le doy 4 estrellas por qué no tiene estacionamiento adecuado para sus clientes
La atención en general en oficina es buena la asesora no es muy cordial
La recepciónista guardias y demás personal es amable y atento tiene poco espacio para atender a clientes
Very nice unique architecture good finish
It does not have a parking lot as such for visits

I give it 4 stars why it does not have adequate parking for its clients
The service in general in the office is good the advisor is not very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahí trabajo... Se muchas cosas ? prefiero no opinar. Aunque me gustaría vivir ahí, piscina, parque, trotapista, 400 pesos de mantenimiento, doble filtro de seguridad, ingreso automatizado etcétera...
