★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intente rentar un equipo con ellos y nos pidieron papeles en exceso para poder hacer la renta,lo que es un poco absurdo es que a pesar de dar datos de la empresa (acta constitutiva, comprobante de domicilio, ifes, rfc, situación fiscal, opinión de cumplimiento, etc) todavía pidan comprobante de domicilio que coincida con el INE, y ponen un millón de trabas para una renta de 500 pesos, además de que te hacen perder todo el día sin dar respuesta. Estuve tratando de rentar un equipo desde las 10 de la mañana y al final ya me pedían comprobantes de estados de cuenta, referencias familiares y al final ni siquiera me "autorizaron" la renta. Deberían de ser un poco más accesibles con sus documentos que solicitan para agilizar el proceso
I tried to rent a team with them and they asked us for papers in excess to be able to make the rent, what is a bit absurd is that despite giving information about the company (articles of incorporation, proof of address, ifes, rfc, tax situation, opinion compliance, etc) still ask for proof of address that matches the INE, and they put a million obstacles for an income of 500 pesos, in addition to making you lose the whole day without giving an answer. I was trying to rent a team since 10 in the morning and at the end they already asked me for proof of account statements, family references and in the end they did not even "authorize" the rent. They should be a little more accessible with their requested documents to streamline the process
