★ ★ ★ ★ ★ con ésta son 3 semanas las que marco a la sucursal y no contestan el teléfono , es muy molesto porque por via telefonica podrian aclarar la situación que tengo , en lugar de ir y no vivo en Xalapa , ojalá chequen su línea o digan si cambiaron de número.?
 with this it's 3 weeks that I call the branch and they don't answer the phone, it's very annoying because by phone they could clarify the situation I have, instead of going and I don't live in Xalapa, I hope they check their line or say if they changed their number.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en entregarte los pedidos, casi siempre sólo funciona 1 caja de 4 y eso hace que en determinado momento se amontone la gente y no exista la sana distancia.
They take too long to deliver the orders, almost always only 1 box of 4 works and that causes people to crowd at a certain moment and there is no healthy distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar se observa que está todo el mobiliario dispuesto para mantener la sana distancia, por lo mismo ya la sala de exhibición se ha reducido al mínimo, el servicio de atención siempre ha sido bueno y rápido, pero en estos últimos días de diciembre no funcionaron las terminales para liberar pedidos, y desde principio de año ya no reciben pagos con tarjetas de crédito para MSI...!!!
