★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen control de sus ventas por lo que si pides factura pierden los ticket, no me quiero imaginar si quieres hacer un reclamo de algún ticket qué ni ellos tienen. Te obligan a ir en persona a perder el tiempo y decirte algo que por teléfono se podía.
They don't have control of their sales, so if you ask for an invoice they lose the tickets, I don't want to imagine if you want to claim a ticket that they don't even have. They force you to go in person to waste your time and tell you something that could be done on the phone.
