It can improve in space for clients and in having the married at the moment there is no where to park but it is a company that can seek improvements as a place where there is what is necessary for clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa tiene un modelo exitoso, a casi 50 años en el mercado es líder indiscutible. No obstante algo ocurre en esta unidad ya que la demora en el servicio llega a ser extenuante y la actitud de las personas trabajadoras queda lejos de la imagen que la empresa busca transmitir. Ojalá se analizará la situación en busca de una mejora para todos los involucrados. Gracias.
The company has a successful model, after almost 50 years in the market it is the undisputed leader. However, something happens in this unit since the delay in service becomes exhausting and the attitude of the workers is far from the image that the company seeks to convey. Hopefully the situation will be analyzed in search of an improvement for all those involved. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, cuando llega paquetería todo el personal deja de atender aún que en realidad no estén haciendo nada , entonces hay un tiempo muerto de 2 horas que no están haciendo mucho pero tampoco atendiendo
Slow service, when the parcel arrives all the staff stop attending even though they are not really doing anything, so there is a 2-hour downtime that they are not doing much but not attending either
