J	Javier Juliá Lerma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometen en la venta experiencias que luego no cumplen, como barra libre en beach club. Muy caro en comparación con la misma experiencia con otras compañías. No se fien de la venta en la calle, es una estafa total. Cobran 900 pesos/42€ (negociables) por 4 fotos que hace un miembro del staff sin casi experiencia fotográfica (malos encuadres, sin organización para salir solo en la foto...). El trato no es especialmente bueno, si pueden librarse de ayudarte, lo hacen. Cuando llamamos a la gerencia nos chillaron por teléfono defendiendo lo indefendible y acabaron colgando el teléfono de mala manera. They promise experiences in the sale that they do not deliver, such as an open bar at the beach club. Very expensive compared to the same experience with other companies. Do not trust the sale on the street, it is a total scam. They charge 900 pesos/€42 (negotiable) for 4 photos taken by a staff member with almost no photographic experience (bad framing, no organization to appear alone in the photo...). The treatment is not especially good, if they can get rid of helping you, they do. When we called the management they yelled at us on the phone defending the indefensible and ended up hanging up the phone in a bad way.
D	Daniela Altamirano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una excelente experiencia con el equipo, no es un yate ni nada lujoso, si vas con expectativas de pasarla bien es un servicio más que perfecto para el precio que piden, el transporte es una lancha 2 motores, los guías son muy amables y te proporcionan refrescos en todo el viaje, hicimos 4 paradas y las 4 paradas fueron maravillosas, explicadas, el equipo siempre preocupado de la gente principiante, nada que decir. Una lástima que hayan tenido malas experiencias con esta línea, fuimos con 0 expectativas y volvimos con ganas de salir de nuevo con ellos. I had an excellent experience with the team, it is not a yacht or anything luxurious, if you go with expectations of having a good time, it is a more than perfect service for the price they ask, transportation is a 2-engine boat, the guides are very friendly and they provide refreshments throughout the trip, we made 4 stops and all 4 stops were wonderful, explained, the team always worried about beginners, nothing to say. A pity that they had bad experiences with this line, we went with 0 expectations and we came back wanting to go out with them again.

K	Karolina Cabaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst trip ever. They offered you a lot but you receive not even a half of this. I regret that i didn't check opinions. There should be 4 stops for snorkeling but were just 2. There Was no fresh fruits and Margarita. And The guide didnt speak english.
H	Hector Wearden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% a scam. Avoid like the plague. We went in the boat, had to wait an hour to get out and they didn’t even have snorkels. We didn’t even get in the water, they just take you around the block. If you looked up the reviews, kudos to you, wish we did the same. I repeat me, do not take this tour, it’s a complete scam. I recommend booking through hotel or somewhere legitimate.

We did two snorkeling rounds, which were ok, the third one (where star fish are supposed to be), but this couldn’t be done due to high waves. Instead we stayed at a very nice beach for a while (Tequila Beach) and returned back to the city. The food was good (drinks like water and 2 beers each were included) and the crew was nice and friendly. It was not the best day trip we have ever done, but to our experience the operator deserves more than the current average score.
K	Kay M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 1,700 pesos for two of us at the ferry terminal at Playa del Carmen, having been told it would cost US$45 to get a taxi to take us one way to a beach we wanted to visit. There were 12 of us onboard & we did 4 sites in 4 hours. We had our own snorkels & were happy with the snacks and cold beers. Our guide spoke English for us even though the other 10 guests spoke Spanish. We thought it was an excellent experience & very good value. Was a shame to see so many boats all packed with people along the way, as I hope there's an eco element as would hate for this area to suffer like Thailand.
V	Veronica Golan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience must go to Conzumel. Our tour guy spoke mostly spanish which was good my husband was the non english speaking in the group and his alive lol. KASSANDRA Y TIGURON and camera guys were amazing. KASSANDRA is funny, alive and made my trip more than i expected. We went to 4 different areas to snorkel. With had food, beer and unlimited margaritas. Must come dont miss out.
