La semana pasada me toco un accidente y a la hora de que llego el ajustador pedí que se aplicara el cerosible que se suponía que yenia, y cual es mi sorpresa que no tenía. Cuándo contrate con ellos les mande un correo pidiéndolo y verbalmente me dijeron que si, que ya estaba y ahora que se llegó la hora de usarlo nada de nada. Es lo peor que puedes pasar, que cuando lo necesites te fallen. Tengo los correos donde puedo avalar lo. Ya no usaré esta campañia y pues quien quiera que lo hagan enojar y dejarlo cuando los necesiten...pues asegúrense con ellos.
