★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo, no lleven su teléfono ahí. Yo lleve el mio y le arreglaron una cosa perto descompusioeron otra, y ponen trabas para hacer valida la garantía. Mejor vayan a otro taller.
Es obvio que una vez publicada mi opinion quieren reconsiderar mi caso, y en el momento no desearon ayudar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con ellos, porque supuestamente eran los mejores. Llegué con mi teléfono que se estaba reiniciando constantemente, argumentando que tenía sospecha de que era el botón de encendido (o el Flex lateral), y me dijeron que lo iban a revisar.
Al otro día me dicen que la batería tiene corto, y que si ellos me la consiguen, me cuesta $900 pesos la batería, y puede que no sea. Hice incapié nuevamente en si habían revisado el Flex, a lo que la muchacha me responde: “Es que es más probable que sea la batería, ya lo revisaron los técnicos”.
También me dieron la opción de yo conseguir la batería y ellos la cambiarían por 400 pesos, les di las gracias y me retiré (no me cobraron nada, porque no me dieron solución).
Desmonté el teléfono con una tarjeta del UNE del camión, desconecté el Flex, lo puse a cargar, estuve presionando el botón repetidas veces con un pica dientes, moví constantemente el Flex, y lo conecté nuevamente.
¡SORPRESA!, el teléfono funcionó correctamente, lo armé nuevamente y busqué la batería en Mercadolibre por mera curiosidad, adivinen qué: cuesta $390 con envío gratis.
No sé si me quisieron ver la cara, o realmente no fueron competentes para darme un diagnóstico correcto. Les otorgo una estrella porque se portaron muy amables

Destaco que si quieres tener la seguridad de que se harán cargo de sus errores, ten la certeza que debes ser claro para que eso suceda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les Deje mi celular (que funcionaba perfectamente) solo el boton de encendido se trababa y se complicaba en en prender. Me dijeron al principio que en 24 horas me hablaban para decirme que procedia. Nunca lo hicieron. Despues de llamarles varias veces. Me dijeron que no tenia solucion, me lo entregaron con varios detalles que antes no tenía y ahora ya está completamente inservible. Realmente su servicio es una basura.
