★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great spot. There’s always a crowd at this cart, open from about 6pm these days till 2am. The tacos are messy & delicious. As of now you’ll pay 70 pesos (plus tip) for three.

(I'm assuming it was Andy's Cart-- this review is for the cart that was at this corner at 8pm on a weekend, though I didn't see any signage on it)
