★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, no me hicieron el corte que quería a pesar de que le expliqué al estilista como ocho veces y le mostré fotos, hizo lo que quiso y terminé con el cabello súper corto por que me lo dejaron chueco y lo tuvieron que arreglar, me tuve que levantar a que otra persona solucionara el horrible corte que me dejó el estilista y al final quedó como ellos quisieron, pero claro para cobrar súper buenos y ni siquiera me ofrecieron una disculpa por el terrible trabajo, por los precios esperas que todos los estilistas sean preparados y hagan bien su trabajo pero no es así, parecía novato y no tenía idea como solucionar el mal corte que hizo, solo me lo quería seguir cortando y cortando, fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un salón de belleza
Terrible place, they did not make the cut that I wanted even though I explained to the stylist like eight times and I showed him photos, he did what he wanted and I ended up with super short hair because they left it crooked and they had to fix it, I had to raise another person to solve the horrible cut that the stylist left me and in the end it was as they wanted, but of course to charge super good and they did not even offer me an apology for the terrible work, for the prices that all stylists expected be prepared and do your job well but it's not like that, he seemed like a rookie and had no idea how to solve the bad cut he did, I just wanted to keep cutting and cutting, it was the worst experience I've had in a beauty salon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, mi mamá quería un retoque de raíces con un color un poco más oscuro del que traía conservando sus mechas, tenia 15 días que se las había hecho, pero le echaron a perder su cabello por que el tinte no solo fue en las raíces sino fue en todo el cabello, y el estilista que le cortó el cabello actuaba pésimo por que sabía que mi mamá es doctora en tiempos de COVID-19 , y le dejo mal cortado en el area de las orejas, también no se puso bien el cubrebocas y a mi me tosía, también a mi cabello le hizo lo que le dio la gana. En otras ocasiones nos habían echo bien el trabajo, no volveremos nunca más, una basura de lugar.
