★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría saber por qué no se me han pagado los días que me deben, fui baja por COVID, y me falta el corte de la última quincena ya que mi baja fue el día 7 de febrero y me comentaron en RH que se me pagaba en la nómina del 10 los días que estuve todavía dentro de la empresa con justificante del seguro social, sus teléfonos nunca contestan o no se puede dejar mensaje por qué están saturados y si uno quiere acudir los policías no permiten el paso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene casi un año que renuncié y no me han pagado mi finiquito, no hay medio para contactarse con el área correspondiente; si dan algún número de contacto no entran las llamadas y si mandas mensaje no responden. Es un derecho que deben respetar como empresa, laboré más de 2 años y por lo visto a muchas personas les ha pasado lo mismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de 9 meses esperando mi finiquito, vas y te dicen que según aún no los liberan, supuestamente te marcarán 30 días después y nunca lo hacen.
Y cuando vas de nuevo no te atienden por qué los de RRHH nunca aparecen o siempre estan en comida
No contestan llamadas, no contestan mensajes, no te dejan entrar a site y tienes que esperar horas para que bajen los de recursos humanos, solo te toman tus datos y dicen que te llamarán pero nunca lo hacen
No sé porque son tan poco accesibles para pagar pero requiero una solución

They don't answer calls, they don't answer messages, they don't let you enter the site and you have to wait hours for human resources to come down, they only take your data and say they will call you but they never do.
I don't know why they are so inaccessible to pay but I need a solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan en pagar los finiquitos, yo tuve que estar insistiendo casi 7 meses, al final me pagaron pero por qué fui a meter una queja a PROFEDET sino aún me tendrían esperando. Les recomiendo hacer la queja por la página o de manera presencial y en unos 15 días les dan solución.
They take time to pay the settlements, I had to keep insisting for almost 7 months, in the end they paid me but why did I go to make a complaint to PROFEDET otherwise they would still have me waiting. I recommend making the complaint through the page or in person and in about 15 days they give you a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La actitud de los de RRHH es la peor, me despidieron en pandemia,estaba esperando mi aguinaldo y mencionaron que los de Telcel no les pagaban a ellos ,que aún no liberaban los finiquitos ...en fin ya llevo más de 2 años y aun no me pagan.
No recomiendo trabajar aquí, los días de descanso los eligen como ellos quieren, son muy pesados con los "bonos".
No lo recomiendo ,mejor Pentafon
