They do not pay a settlement even if you have worked more than a year, late payments, if you are 5 minutes late they make you pay half an hour, the company has multiple DEMANDS, terrible facilities, furniture in poor condition, they have no control with the health measures of COVID- 19, the supervisors give you a 15-minute break when the contract says 30 minutes, the bases they have in the move campaign are the worst because it is very difficult to sell and the commission scheme is horrible, they exert too much pressure on the advisers, They have like 5 people in HR and they can NEVER assist you because they are always at "lunchtime". Oh and the work environment is the worst, it is the most toxic place I have ever worked, I definitely do NOT recommend this place to work there. If you want a telcel call center, go to ATEL, they pay more, better bases, good control and better facilities. Another thing, I worked there for 7 months and until now I don't know ANYTHING about my settlement. DON'T GO, DON'T GO, DON'T GOAAAAAAAN.
