★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se erigió para hacer honor al arquitecto Rivas, de origen nayarita y que fue el encargado de realizar la obra original de la ciudad de México. Nota: él no fue el escultor del ángel, sólo el ingeniero encargado de la realización del monumento completo como tal.
It was erected to honor the architect Rivas, of Nayarite origin and who was in charge of performing the original work of Mexico City. Note: he was not the angel sculptor, only the engineer in charge of the realization of the complete monument as such.

The facilities are very good but the days we were there there was no light and with the heat it was doing I think they should have their emergency plant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso monumento en la insurgentes lastimosamente se le calleron las alas ,el escultor las tiene en resguardo y le dijo a gobierno que el lo arregla por poco dinero pero nomas no quieren hacer la invercion ,hay mi pobre tepic ??
