We took Eugenio, my cat, with a stomach problem and the care provided was good, as well as the diagnosis and treatment. The veterinary doctor treated Eugenio very well and the kitten was therefore allowed to be handled and checked without any problem. The guy at the front desk is very friendly too and gives you a sense of involvement by remembering both the patient's name and ours. The only detail to improve could be the communication by WhatsApp, since they did not respond on two occasions, one of them to obtain an appointment for Eugenio's review and because of that we arrived without an appointment and had to wait, for us there is no problem but the Cats they tend to stress in places that are not usual for them. In summary, it was a good attention with a detail that can be improved, but without a doubt we stayed with that family veterinarian for Eugenio.

Hello, that, I have the need and responsibility to give my opinion about the place, they took control of my chihuahua during her pregnancy, counting her ultrasound and x-ray, each consultation was a DIFFERENT doctor, as of yesterday, November 10, we went to The X-ray (we wanted a cesarean section and they told us it was NOT necessary) they told us that they were two puppies in perfect condition, today we realized that she began to give birth on November 11, the first puppy was born dead, we thought it was because It was his first time, I called the vet to attend the delivery and they denied me the consultation because there was no surgeon, they recommended another veterinarian that is far away and my chihuahua was already suffering, we went to the Banfield hospital and in a matter of Ten minutes they told us what was happening in it, there was fetal suffering in the puppies and there was one dead (another alive), in total there were three when in the place (Ángel Vets) they told me there were two, they said it was NOT ne Cesario a cesarean in Ángel Vets and if it was a cesarean section since one of the puppies was deformed since its development for some reason was not completed, which in the X-ray should have been seen, they told us at the Banfield hospital. In short, because of the negligence of this place, my chihuahua almost died at the moment he is in intensive care when this could have been avoided if they had done their job well and saw what was wrong with the pregnancy. I hope this serves so that they DO NOT TAKE their puppies to this place, today two died but more can be avoided :)

I suffered a great disappointment, since there is kindness and good treatment of the puppies, but unfortunately I had a problem when I took my dog ​​to bathe and cut his hair. After he came back, he was scratching himself a lot (I thought he had an allergy), so we decided to bathe him again at home with a special soap for allergies; however, it did not work and he kept scratching himself too much to the point of irritating his skin a lot. I went to them again, I explained to them that after they did aesthetics he couldn't stop scratching and they told me that they would check it out, but that they would charge me for the normal consultation ($300.00 pesos). I did not agree, as it was not an isolated case (I was sure that something had happened to him after going there because my dog ​​did not scratch himself that way before taking him with them). The girl who attended me only told me that if I had told them that same day about the itching, the consultation would have been free (which seems illogical to me). In short, I went to another veterinary hospital and they told me that the aesthetics most likely contaminated it with mites due to the lack of hygiene in their razors (a very common thing when they do not sterilize their material). And it should be noted that the cost per review and medications was less than $300.00 pesos. It is a pity that being their fault, they wanted to charge me for a normal consultation taking this reference as an isolated event. I hope that my case will help others so that they do not rely too much on the aesthetic service in this branch. Now I will have to prick and bathe my puppy often because of his unhygienic way of working :(
