★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, desde un inicio aplican las medidas sanitarias al pedirte qué te laves las manos y toman tu temperatura, evitan la aglomeración de personas y todas las empleadas son muy atentas y amables, además de ofrecerte productos de alta calidad en caso de necesitarlos y ahí mismo puedes comprarlos. El tratamiento en mi cabello me encantó!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó ?. El servicio fue bastante caro, no me dejaron el cabello como yo quería, fui por unas mechas rojas con una base oscura y las mechas no se notan. Además, la estilista que me atendió se equivocó dos veces al combinar los tintes; al percatarse de su error, dejó a un lado ese material y me aplicó uno diferente, pero me cobraron el producto completo sin haberlo utilizado ??♀️. Le dejé estos comentarios a la dueña, ya que hay cámaras en el lugar y pueden verificar lo del material que me cobraron sin haber sido utilizado, espero que me brinden una solución a mi problema.

Also, the stylist who treated me made a mistake twice when combining the dyes; When he realized his mistake, he put that material aside and applied a different one, but they charged me for the complete product without having used it ??♀️. I left these comments to the owner, since there are cameras in the place and they can verify the material that they charged me without having been used, I hope they provide me with a solution to my problem.
