★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem upbeat and make it seem they want to help you. However, they will try to get you to spend and likely raise prices. They rented out mules for 1000 pesos each for the short waterfall trip 20 minutes. Kinda scammy. Food was mediocre also. Would not recommend using this beach bar. Whole experience feels kind of scammy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed 3 nights in the loft rooms at Angelina's Garden Restaurant is a very fun and adventurous place to stay. The room is the grass-roofed loft over the restaurant, available on AirBnB. The room is very comfortable and has electricity and light, but is rustic. Lounging in the beach chairs in the morning and evening was amazing. Missael and his coworkers are very helpful and friendly. The food was great, especially the chicken dishes and breakfasts. I had a wonderful time. The drinks were easily the best I had in Yelapa. I strongly recommend staying here if you've always wanted to stay in a grass shack on a remote beach!
