★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food at very fair prices. I will definitely make a point of returning next time I'm in Mexico City. The chile en nogada was incredible - I highly recommend it if they have it on the menu. We were there in October.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great meal. We had a family reunion in MEX and chose this restaurant for dinner our last night. It was the best meal of the trip. Authenic food, prepared with a chefs touch. Beautiful presentation. Price was reasonable considering the quality. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for Mexican food, really good flavour, good quantity, excellent quality and cost. Presentation of the dish are one of the best points of the place. Great gallery in each wall around the tables. Family restaurant. Excellent attitude, but you have to be patient, I had to wait around 20 mins for each dish. I visited it on Thursday without reservation and waited 15 min for a table, but food was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was seeking some yummy mole and Angelopolitano delivered. We ordered the Higo Mole and the Chabacano Mole and wished we could have tried more. Staff, service, and vibe at lunch was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fabulous food - we had the Bicentenario and vegan Chile en Nogada which was the best I have had in Mexico City do date. The Chicken with apricot mole was VERY good. Make sure you have the desserts - the mexican Tiramisu and the Mezcal flan completed a fantastic meal. The only reason I am not giving it 5-stars is because of the packing for the takeout - I was really sad that a lot of the mole leaked into the carry bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A VERY pleasant find.
Absolutely delicious Puebla-style food, with different types of mole and Chiles en nogada (which in my wife's words were some of the best she's tried, and she's a connoiseur).
The fideo seco, super spicy caldo de hongos and chalupitas were excellent entrées, followed by the traditional and confit duck-filled Chiles en nogada and enmoladas poblanas (again, with a generous, fragrant fill of confit duck with citrus-peel notes and beautiful presentation.)
The only disappointment was with the desserts.
We ordered the tequila flan (too much tequila which made it taste bitter) and the tres leches cake with rompope (the sour cream icing clashed with the rest of the flavors in a fairly unpleasant way).
Other than that it's sure to become one of our favorite true regional Mexican restaurants in Downtown CDMX.
Very reasonably priced, good bang for your buck ??
