No invierte en personal ni en mobiliario, siempre esta escaso de meseros y ayudantes, sus muebles se ven viejos y sucios, por ello el servicio es muy torpe, lento y estresante, el señor se la pasa gritándole al mesero o mesera en turno porque quiere que atienda todas las mesas sol@. Insisto, con un buena coaching este negocio sería una bala ya que el señor cocina muy bien.
The owner is talented for cooking, but he needs business insight.
