★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace poco mi familia contrato los servicios de está funeraria y todo desde un inicio mal de todo buscan obtener un beneficio monetario, dentro de la funeraria los baños sin papel, el servicio de cafetería es solo un cafe soluble y tienes que buscar por tus propios medios donde colocar las flores por que ellos dicen que no tienen floreros, lo contrataron para una sucursal en la del valle y al final el servicio los dieron en una de la colonia doctores, si ven este comentario espero no contraten solo tienen gente que busca aprovecharse de la situación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera poner una queja ya que a mi también me querían cobrar los trámites y me cobraron la cremación la cual fue en el panteón san Isidro y la cremación fue gratuita. La funeraria se quedó con mi dinero y en mi contrato claramente dice que incluye cremación. Me gustaría que PROFECO investigara mi caso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a la contratación de capilla ofrecen el servicio de café y no dan nada. Te ofrecen el servicio de autobús (transporte al panteón) y el camión se va valiendole que las personas que usaban el servicio son gente de la tercera edad cuando el servicio es ida y vuelta, pero que tal el chófer exigiendo su propina, llamas y te dicen que si quieres te lo pueden enviar pero debes de volver a pagar. Le pides hablar con el dueño y nunca se encuentra disponible, pero qué tal para cobrar ahí siempre están disponibles. Tengan cuidado con esta bola de ratas que se aprovechan del dolor de la gente para así llenar sus bolsillos.
El que estos HDPM abusen del dolor de la gente no tiene carácter moral y valor.
Cuidado, mucho cuidado.....

Se nota que solo quieren la venta pero no se preocupan por dar un buen servicio. Lamentable que existan personas así en este tipo de ámbitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! Te cobran $2500 según para trámites cuando solo solicitan la boleta de cremación. Y solo es acudir al registro civil y es trámite gratuito.
Me mandaron 2 personas en la carroza y ninguna de las 2 me quisieron dar información, argumentando que todo lo viera con la encargada en turno.
El Personal de limpieza es el que se encarga de poner la cafetería! Dicha persona no tiene higiene, ya que todo el tiempo usa sandalias. No debería ser así mientras manipula alimentos.
Me mandaron un ataúd muy usado y rayado.
Como recomendación. Me gustaría que contraten personal capacitado para hacer un arreglo estético ya que me fue negado!

Se tubo que subir el cuerpo por la escalera... Nadie te ayuda a subirlo ni bajarlo , por qué el montacargas nunca funcionó. No hay en donde calentar agua , no te dejan consumir alimentos dentro , el baño super sucio. No te afrecen floreros ni veladoras , y la florería no cuenta con flores.
Fatal service ...
You had to carry your body up the ladder ... Nobody helps you get it up or down, because the forklift never worked. There is no where to heat water, they don't let you eat food inside, the bathroom is super dirty. They do not offer you vases or candles, and the florist does not have flowers.
