No creo que este bien que nos dijeran al llegar al consultorio: "les enviamos un mensaje SMS ayer (que casi nadie ve) y como no contestaron su cita se canceló." Yo llevaba a mi madre de la tercera edad e hicimos un plan con 8 días de anticipación y un esfuerzo doble por venir desde lejos para estar hoy listas. Insisto Pésima calidad de atención al cliente. No volveremos por supuesto.

El Dr. Enrique me dió cita super rápido y me marcaron antes para recordarme de la cita, muy linda la asistente. El trato con el doctor fue realmente único, me explicó todo lo que tenía con detalle y me tuvo mucha paciencia con todas las preguntas que le hacía para que no me quedara ninguna duda.
Esta súper céntrico su consultorio, super limpio y santitizado, un diez por eso! Tienen servicio de valet parking y puedes pedir una silla de ruedas si lo necesitas para que te lleven al consultorio, aún que como hay elevador no la nesecité.
Me hicieron ahí mismo el ultrasonido que necesitaba, lo cual me sorprendió por qué no fui a otros lugares extra y fue muy práctico para mí.
Lo mejor fue que pude pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito y que me dio factura sin pedirme que le pagará el IVA como otras personas suelen hacer.

Cuenta con videos de su autoría, respecto de algunos temas encaminados a su rama de especialidad, los cuales son elementos que ayudan a pacientes y familiares a seguir con el correcto tratamiento; en el caso particular de mi familiar, para la correcta colocación de medias de compresión; para buscar los videos, solo es necesario ingresar a YouTube y colocar el nombre del doctor.
Sin embargo, sus mejores cualidades, son el trato humano y empatico, que logran hacer sentir a los pacientes en confianza.

Le lleva el seguimiento a mi sobrina por un síndrome venoso en una de sus piernas (Klippel Trenaunay) y ha sido el único médico que consultamos que se dio el tiempo para explicar perfectamente la patología y como controlarla. Esta a la vanguardia con los tratamientos más modernos disponibles. También me ha dado consulta a mi tía y mi mamá por insuficiencia venosa y nuevamente quedamos muy satisfechas.
