Costilla holstein 300 gm de kilo 1ra, 2da 3ra vertebra de la cruz del cuarto delantero. guarnicion guacamole frijoles fritos cebolla y chile toreado. El corte se hace al momento, escucharas el ruido de la sierra al cortar, es de mucho detalle.

En general bueno pero no excelente.
Lack of better attitude from the waitress. They did not have the full menu and the wine leaves something to be desired.
